In this section you can find the list of both the undergraduate as well as the graduate courses that are being taught in the Computer Science and Engineering Department of the University Politehnica of Bucharest.
The first two years ensure the necessary fundamental knowledge specific to the higher technical education through courses on Mathematics, Physics, Mechanics, Numerical Computing Techniques, Electrotechnics, Systems Theory and also programming languages (C, C++, Java, Assembling, Object-oriented Programming) as well as foreign languages, social and economical sciences. Years three and four of the bachelor study offer specializations on Computer Architecture, Embedded Systems, Systems of Basic Programs, Systems of Software Applications Programs, and Information Technology.
The graduate lectures includes the list of the following nine offered directions: Advanced Computer Architectures, Advanced Software Systems, Parallel and Distributed Processing Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Internet System Engineering, Database Administration, Security of Complex Networks, Advanced Techniques for Computer Graphics, Multimedia and Virtual Reality, and Management in Information Technology.
