Course Instructor: Nirvana PopescuSyllabus:The course covers the theory and practice of electronic governance such that every student should understand basic concepts. The course provides knowledge about e-government, offering an overview on this major European challenge. E-Government is seen as a result of research and for this reason it can be considered as a currently developing domain. At the end of the course, the students will know the e-Government vision, objectives and effective development strategies, they will get notions of design and implementation of e-Government flows, they will know the specific e-government electronic services and will be able to design, implement and deploy electronic forms, dedicated to the interactions between users and an administrative institution:
