The Master plan of study is based on nine directions:

2. Advanced Software Systems

3. Parallel and Distributed Processing Systems – module developed in collaboration with Vrije University in Amsterdam

4. Artificial Intelligence – european module developed by a consortium of universities

5. Internet System Engineering

6. Database Administration

7. Security of Complex Networks

8. Advanced Techniques for Computer Graphics, Multimedia and Virtual Reality

9. Management in Information Technology

10. e-Government

11. Advanced Cyber Security

All modules include a significant research component and end with the preparation of a dissertation paper. Some modules provide a research internship at a foreign university or a company specialized for the development of the dissertation paper.
