Development and upgrading of German language skills (grammar, vocabulary, speech) in order to form and improve communicative competence in daily and professional language use: The ability of understanding messages, commentaries, both in written and oral form (European Level A2-B1); The ability of writing a message (E-Mail, SMS, phone-calls), cover letter, Curriculum Vitae, etc.; The ability of taking part in a conversation, exchanging face-to-face information, phone conversation, talking to a native German in a certain known domain: daily or professional activity; The ability of introducing oneself on the occasion of an employment interview.

Syllabus:

• Acquisition of conventional language structures used in official and private correspondence by using editing exercises.
• Acquisition of oral and written communication forms by using professional dialogues, advertisement, types of letters, types of speech (such as application letters).
• Revision of grammar elements (morpho-syntax, correct use of modes and tenses, conjunctive I and II, subordinate sentences, infinitival and participial structures, word formation, etc.).
• Acquisition of special vocabulary regarding professional communication.
