Getting knowledge on main elementary pulse processing circuits operation. Learning the principles of the technologies used to manufacture integrated logical circuits. Learning the base notions about the realization and the usage of integrated logical circuits using bipolar and field effect transistors. Getting knowledge on manufacturing principles and the functioning mode of CMOS integrated logical circuits. Learning the functioning principles of pulse shaping and generating circuits as common resources in computer science.
